Question by justbeyourself: What do you know about living in Tennessee?
What is the weather like year-round? Is it hot and sticky (humid) like New England? Are there lots of mosquitoes, black flies, etc.? How are the outdoor activities such as cycling and hiking? Most importantly is the real estate affordable? I?m trying to compare and contrast Colorado to Tennessee. I?m assuming it doesn?t snow in Tennessee. 
I?m a nurse and am thinking about relocating.
Also, which towns/cities are nice to live in yet close to hiking and amenities (i.e. shopping, hospitals, etc.)?

East Tennessee is great for hiking and biking the cost of living is modest but it does snow sometimes not a lot but enough to be pretty good luck on your move hopes this helps
