Fitness and nutrition expo slated for Concord | Huntersville Herald

CONCORD ? Looking for motivation to reach your health and fitness goals? Are you looking to expand your network and hear about new nutrition and training trends in your fitness career?

If so, the Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo is the way to begin 2013.

The event will include more than 100 vendor booths, health food sampling and nutrition and fitness exhibitions.

Carolinas HealthCare System and the Rowan Regional Medical Center will present seminars for adults and children.

The event will be held 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Jan 5 and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Jan. 6 at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in Concord.

Tickets cost $5. Children under 12 are free.
