who pays real estate agent when building a house in New ...

Question by HappyGirl24 : who pays real estate agent when building a house in New Hampshire ?
We are looking into building a house. The to-be-built house was listed on the real estate listing web site by an agency they hired. We found the house through our agent. If we do build this house, who would be responsible for paying the real estate agent fees. Would we pay our agent and they would pay theirs? Are we responsible for both or are they? Best answer:

No, you do not pay anything. There is a set commission and that is split by all agents involved. It is the same amount, no matter how many agents. You should not pay anything any agents, that is 100% the sellers bill and it is paid to them at closing. If there is no closing there is no pay, and your agent is fully aware of this.
